32. Sending to the concerned authority: Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act elsewhere, if any case presumably coming into the cases
stipulated in Schedule 1 or 2 is found later on, in the course of investigation not to be falling under this Act, it may be forwarded to the concerned authority
